Getting started
The main RetroTimes pages have been offline for some time for various reasons that I will not expand on here. The site(s) are also long overdue for a re-write and a new design (just ‘cos I like to do it every so often). I have also been restoring lots more new images (large and high resolution) to add to RetroTimes Extra (RTX hereafter). So, for those of you who know the site and its content, you can look forward to some great new stuff in the very near future.
Today I started on the basics, re-designing the front page and adjusting various text and links that either needed adding or subtracting. I am using new web design software so it is quite slow going atm (I upgraded from Dreamweaver 8 to CS4), but I am getting there.
I then got side-tracked to set up this blog, as I thought it would be a good idea to have some form of update or information on what is happening with the site.
I will probably play around with this for a bit longer, setting stuff up, and then get back to the re-write.
